The Nebraska Child Support Payment Center will be closed Monday, December 26, in observance of Christmas.
We will resume normal business hours at 8 a.m. (Central Time), Tuesday, December 27.
The collection and payment of child support in Nebraska is centralized in the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center (NCSPC), as a result of the federal Welfare Reform Act of 1994. The Clerk of the District Court, which previously accepted payments, no longer accepts child support payments.
The NCSPC uses two PO Boxes to process mail efficiently. Please use one of the following PO Boxes, depending on your need:
