The Nebraska Child Support Payment Center (NCSPC) now offers payment notifications on all payments to include those signed up for direct deposit or possessing the U.S. Bank ReliaCard® prepaid bank card. Even those still receiving paper checks can be notified when the payment has been placed in the mail. Our intent is to improve customer service and reduce the likelihood of a lost payment.
Child support recipients can access their payment information and notification options on the NCSPC website by clicking on the notification links emailed or sent by text. In addition, the NCSPC has created a static QR code one can scan with their smartphone and be routed to their most recent payment activity.
