The Nebraska Child Support Payment Center (NCSPC) is switching child support payers to an electronic billing method to improve efficiency and service and to decrease printing and postage costs (initially, exceptions will be made for payers using coupons when submitting payments).

The NCSPC emails child support payers a link to their billing statement and payment options (on the NCSPC website) on the first business day after the 10th of each month.

The NCSPC texts child support payers a link to their billing statement and payment options on the NCSPC website on the first business day after the 10th of each month.
Paper–Billing Statement via Mail
This is the slowest, least efficient, and most expensive (for the NCSPC, payers, and Payees) billing method of last resort. Payers must complete and submit an "Electronic Billing Statement Exception Form" to receive their billing statements in paper form via mail.
