General Information

The Federal Government has mandated that all States must centralize their collection and payment of child support. In Nebraska, this means that your Clerk of the District Court will no longer send child support payments.

Who will distribute Child Support? Child Support payments now will be distributed from the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center.

How will payments be sent? Payments will be sent quickly, safely and securely by direct deposit. The Nebraska Child Support Payment Center will provide you with a form to complete that will allow you to receive your payments directly into your bank account. Please complete the form.

Here's How It Will Work..

Non-custodial parents will receive a billing statement that will include a coupon
and a return window envelope.
